Move- in Process
Thank you for your interest in making The Lake Park Apartments your new home. We pride ourselves on our ability to help soothe some of the pains of moving. Here is a basic layout of what is required in order to start your journey to comfortable living. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
| Step 1: | Filling out the application requires a copy of your driver’s license, 2 pay stubs, and a reference from your last landlord. |
| Step 2: | After filling out the application and paying the $30 fee it can take 6-12 hours for the credit and background check to come back. |
| Step 3: | If approved we would fill out the lease, have you pay the security deposit and rent. You would get your keys and walk through of your apartment. Then you would get to move-in. |
