Criminal History

Registered as a sex offender or a conviction of any sex crime will be denied.
Any misdemeanor, felony crime within the past 4 years
Any conviction for murder, arson, drug manufacturing, or sex crime regardless of the time frame will cause and immediate denial.
The one exception is Driving infractions.
